Cardiac Rehab program is a medically supervised program which is designed to reduce your risk of getting heart disease in future.
It includes exercise which is the core component along with nutritional counselling, yoga and patient counselling to adapt to a healthier lifestyle.
These are monthly programs which include 1 evaluation session,12 exercise sessions, 1 diet session and 2 yoga classes.
Anybody and everybody can join in to the program.
For information yes but still if you take an appointment it is better as the staff can attend to you separately.
Morning 8.00 to 5.00 pm. Monday to Saturday.
Patients who have had their angioplasty or CABG or are on medical management after speaking to the cardiologist or staff at Dept.
People who are diabetic or have high blood pressure or high cholesterol or who are obese or overweight and want to exercise.
Yes, you can but the charges will vary.
